Unburied Papyrus

Embroiled in the enigma of existence in more strange & unsettling times, one must hold onto the miracle or risk becoming one of the walking dead. These entries are a poor approximation of my life & the wonders that pass through my spirit. If I could communicate properly how much I love you all & assign a tireless list of evolving names that fit I would, instead I offer these random reflections.

Hidden Waterfall is a Sanctuary

Hidden waterfall is a sanctuary.
One path beaten by feet
that will blow away.
The crash
is as distant as the kiss.
As near as you want it to be.
This sanctuary has earthenware
& a sad man often happy.
You can't have everything
but you do.
This little cave has art,
draw your breath to enter.
Sweetwater from a deep well.
Using that healing sword
trees grow, moss forms, animals gather.
Empty lives become full.
What is your magic for foolish man?
Lay down your pride
in the scattered remains
of useful but unnecessary things.
A whisper of light
reaches from the living inside.
Pure energy emanates,
has a home everywhere.
